4 - Configure the Dashboard

What is the dashboard?

The dashboard is the primary risk reporting and auditing tool in Diri. The dashboard provides basic visualisation of aggregated data that your user has access to. The data is visualised using risk assessment tools such as the risk matrix and basic statistical tools, such as pie and bar charts. You can use the dashboard to keep track the organisational risk picture, work progress, and other data Data collected in Diri.


Configure the dashboard

The dashboard comes with a basic set of tiles containing various information:

Clicking the configure icon, upper right corner, opens the dashboard configuration menu:

The dashboard configuration is a Drag-and-drop menu where you can place the dashboard cards as you wish. Click the trashcan icon to remove a card from your dasboard. Clicking the orange bar with the plus opens the available cards menu:

The above figure illustrates some of the dashboard cards available in Diri. There are more cards available, and we are continuously making new ones. We are also open to suggestions for data visualisation. In theory, all the data collected in a standardised format in Diri can be visualised in the dashboard.
Using drag-and-drop, choose your desired dashboard cards and stack them in your preferred order.
