Creating a Risk Assessment Report

Creating a Risk Assessment Report

Reporting in Diri

In Diri, you can easily create a report after you have carried out a risk assessment. The report can be printed or saved as a PDF.

First, you have to choose the Risk Assessment.
  1. Click on Risk Assessment in the menu on the left side.
  2. Click on the Risk Assessment you would like to print the report from
  3. You should now see the menu from where you can click on Print.
  4. Choose "Summary of risk assessment for print"
  5. You will now be able to print or save the report to a PDF file.

Adjusting the content

Note that you can change the report by expanding and/or hiding text before you print or save it to PDF.

Note: We recommend enabling the option to include background graphics when you save it to a PDF file.  We also recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader for the best result.
